الوصف الوظيفي: Job Description

A systems analyst designs new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. The work might be for an external client or an internal client (such as a department within the same organization) also analysts examine existing business models and flows of data

 
المهارات المطلوبة: Required Skills
 
  • Liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
  • Analyzing clients' existing systems;
  • Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
  • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
  • Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
  • Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
  • Overseeing the implementation of a new system;
  • Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
  • Writing user manuals;
  • Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and can transform them into user requirements.

Technical skills:
  • IT Service Management Processes and Tool
  • Provided Service Applications and Tools (GOLDesp, AQD, EMC)
  • Experience in :
    Financial System.
    Tender Management.
    Project Management.
    ERP Solutions.
    CRM Solutions.
  • Experience with business analysis
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills


Personality skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 2-4 years of experience in related field required.
  • Strong Industry and IT knowledge is a must.
  • Experience with documenting requirements and creating end-user documents.
  • Able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to see opportunity, risk and challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
